Kiesel's standard inlay shape offerings on the Virtual Builder are relatively traditional. There are the Blocks, Dots, Diamonds, and a few others, though these are common across the industry. What isn't, however, is the secret inlay menu, with different shapes exclusive to Kiesel Guitars based on household pets.

 

Dog Paw Print

Modeled after the paw of the late Kiesel family dog, a boxer named Leia, this inlay is the perfect touch for dog lovers.

Cat Paw Print

Introduced in 2025, this inlay is a trace of the Kiesel family cat's paw. Being our newest inlay, the next custom builds will be among the first with the shape.
